Synopsis:
This documentary portrays the war in Ukraine through the eyes of foreign volunteers. Its main protagonists are soldiers of the International Legion of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, carrying out combat missions on the fiercest frontlines.
The film follows the stories of several volunteers — soldiers of the International Legion of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, serving in the Ronin Team unit. Over time, comrades-in-arms become true friends: they work, train, and rest side by side.
But soon comes the trial of their courage and endurance. The scorching summer months prove unforgiving, and not every newcomer can withstand the relentless pace of training and duty. Meanwhile, unsettling news of the Russian offensive arrives from the front. The film traces the unfolding fate of these men, and the challenges faced by foreigners who have chosen to stand with Ukraine.
