An unexpected friendship between an unnecessary producer of a broken movie studio and a young dreamer. Growing vegetables for survival, and changing the life attitude from samurai responsibility to Švejk's simplicity.
Pavel, a lazy school guy of seventeen, wants to work in the film Industry. But as his desire grows, the possibilities of his patron - producer Florian - get less.
The story unfolds in '90s in Moldova. Like many others in the course of the USSR collapse, Pavel is looking for some job to live from. Pavel follows producer Florian, and, after Florian gets a stroke Pavel becomes a part of a crew at Moldova-film studio. He joins the crew right on time: all accounts and all safes of the studio are empty. Those who can steal - begin to steal with double diligence. Those who can’t steal - like Florian - grow and sell vegetables in the market. They try to accomplish the last movie.
